Brian A. Russell is a CPA, Accredited in Business Valuations and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is the managing member of Valuation Analysts. Mr. Russell specializes in the valuation of closely held businesses and related litigation support services. He also performs forensic accounting services, computations of personal economic damages, and lost profits analysis for business interruption.

Mr. Russell has valued hundreds of business since 1989. He has given deposition and trial testimony related to business valuations and economic damages on numerous occasions. Mr. Russell has been qualified as an "Expert Witness" in Federal Bankruptcy Court and in Crawford, Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Richland and Union counties within Ohio.

He is the current President of the Southern Ohio State Chapter of Certified Valuation Analysts, a past Chairman of the Ohio Society of CPAs Columbus Litigation Support Committee. He is also a past Director and member of the Executive Committee of the National Association of Valuation Analysts at the national level.

Mr. Russell is a summa cum laude graduate with a 4.0 GPA from Franklin University with an MBA, a B.S. majoring in finance and from Columbus State Community College majoring in accounting. Earlier he attended Indiana University and Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI) where he concentrated his undergraduate studies in math and natural sciences. He holds a Certificate of Educational Achievement from the AIPCA and has completed over 300 hours of Continuing Professional Education in the areas of business Valuation and litigation support.
