Robert W. "Butch" Kalb is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst and a Chartered Life Underwriter. Mr. Kalb began his career at Nationwide Insurance where he held the position of Manager of Internal Audits, Director of Accounting and Tax Reporting, and Regional Operations Controller from 1981 through 1992. He gained valuable in-depth experience in business management, planning, systems and controls.

As a consultant for Valuation Analysts and a partner of Russell, Eckert, Mealer & Kalb, CPAs, Mr. Kalb
is an integral part of the firm's litigation support services. He has been involved in various valuation matters that required his investigative accounting skills and has participated in fraud investigation engagements. His training as a Certified Fraud Examiner provides him with unique skills and training
to uncover critical business and financial information in situations where that information is difficult to obtain.

Mr. Kalb also provides services in the calculation of economic damages for business interruptions, business losses, and contract disputes. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Ohio Society of CPAs.
